Christy Bryant
Office Manager
Christy brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to Spears Medical Clinic. She plays an essential role in managing insurance claims and helping ensure the billing process runs smoothly for both patients and providers. Christy is dedicated to supporting patients and making the insurance side of healthcare as simple and stress-free as possible.
Damon Spears, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Damon Spears is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience, including over 9 years practicing as a nurse practitioner. He previously served more than two decades as a Critical Care RN and proudly completed 24 years of service in the United States Air Force as a Flight Nurse, retiring with the rank of Major. Damon earned his nursing degrees from Jones County Junior College, the University of Southern Mississippi, and Walden University, and holds a certificate from the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Region of the Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Tracy Spears
Tracy brings more than 20 years of experience in patient care and healthcare administration. She helps oversee daily clinic operations while working to ensure patients receive excellent service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Tracy is passionate about supporting both patients and staff while helping the clinic provide high-quality care to the community.

Megan is the friendly face who welcomes patients to Spears Medical Clinic. As our receptionist, she helps coordinate appointments, answer questions, and ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Megan takes pride in creating a positive and helpful experience for everyone who visits the clinic.
